Duration: 3 Night / 4 Day

Destination: Haridwar – Kartik Swami – Chopta –Tungnath – Chopta – Haridwar

Tour Itinerary

Day 01:

Pick up from Haridwar and drive to Kanakchauri village (base of Kartikswami trek). On the way visit Devprayag Sangam. Reach Kanakchauri and check into lodge/homestay. If time permits visit the village or stroll in the nearby area. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2:

Early morning trek to Kartikswami. The trek is of just 3 kms and can be done easily. Enjoy the views of Might Himalayas, visit the temple. Trek back to Kanakchauri. Check out from lodge. Drive to Chopta. Chopta is known as Mini Switzerland of India. It is land of beautiful meadows and evergreen forest. Check into Swiss Camp. Enjoy evening tea. Get relaxed and refreshed. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03:

After breakfast trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila. Whole route is full of natural beauty. You can clearly see Nandadevi, Trisul, Bandarpoonch, Kedar, Chaukhamba and many more peaks of The Himalayas. While Tungnath is the world`s highest Shiva Temple. After completing trek return to Chopta. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4:

After breakfast checkout from the camp. Dropping to Haridwar. On the way visit Ma Dhari Devi Temple.

Note: In Kedarnath tent will be provided for stay in standard and budget package. Meal cost need to be paid directly.

Exclusions

  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions.

  • Lunch and on the way meals.

  • Pooja, donations, or any monument fee.

  • Travel Insurance, Health Emergency cost.

  • Any Cost due to natural calamities, which is beyond control.

  • 5% GST on bill

Mode of Payment

For Booking we need INR 2100 Per Person. 50% of total package amount need to be paid 30 day before trip date. Rest at the starting of the tour.

Terms & Conditions

  • Given travel time in your itinerary from one place to another place is estimated in normal traffic and road conditions, it may take as per the current traffic and road conditions.
  • All sightseeing will be en-route. Vehicle will not go or deviate from the set itinerary.
  • Company will not be responsible if any sightseeing/ meals gets missed due to bad weather/ traffic conditions/ any other unforeseen circumstances en-route. This is just to maintain the driving time to reach safely & timely to our next destination. Mentioning sightseeing in the itinerary will be subject to the time available.
  • In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, The Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
  • Charges for AC / Heater will be extra and as per hotel to hotel basis.
  • For Extra Adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.
  • Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly co-operate.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund (after deducting GST) will be provided if cancellation is done before 30 days of the tour date.

  • 30% of total tour package amount will be chargeable if cancellation/ rescheduling done between 15 to 30 days before the tour date.
  • 50% of total tour package amount will be chargeable if cancellation is done less than 15 day before tour date.

  • 100% of total tour package amount will be chargeable, if cancellation is done less than 7 day before tour date.

  • In case balance of tour package will not be paid in given period of time, then it will be considered as cancelled at guest end and no refund will be made.
